A man is being operated upon - this skull is drilled and his brain operated upon. We see the drilling and the skull being detached. A man gets attacked on the head twice - he collapses - and blood spreads on the carpet. The surgeon is impaled in the neck with a deer antler - he bleeds from his mouth and neck and falls down dead. The man gets a knife through his hands - but manages to overpower the attacking woman. The woman is then killed - after being stabbed in the face. Another man gets stabbed in the leg with a knife, and later stomped violently on the head (off screen) killing him. A car hits a woman and runs over her. The driver gets her in to rescue her - but the car runs into trees - killing her. A woman chases the man with a rifle - firing multiple shots. Her associate takes the rifle to kill the man now lying on the road - but shoots her instead. We see a big hole in her abdomen - and blood from her back stain her shirt. The associate then turns the gun on himself and dies. The victim tries to strangle the dying woman - but is unable to. He then drives away - leaving the dying woman to her fate.
