Guns Akimbo (2019)

An ordinary guy suddenly finds himself forced to fight a gladiator-like battle for a dark website that streams the violence for viewers. Miles must fight heavily armed Nix and also save his kidnapped ex-girlfriend.

The attacker swings and hits Nix (blood on impact) - and Nix hits back. He throws a knife - and severs her fingers. Nix screams in agony. Nix spits out some blood when she is kicked in the face. She consumes a powder, gets super charged and then attacks the man. She breaks his bones, and then kicks his crotch. A massive explosion kills the man. We see severed fingers. A man is shot in the leg - then later in the head (blood spray). The two sides exchange fire. Many men are hit (blood spray). Nix charges at the gang with a strapped bomb. We see a massive explosion and then corpses on the floor.

As the man hangs for his life, Miles shoves a severed finger down his mouth and then crushes his fingers to send him plunging down to his death. We see blood spatter on impact. Miles goes into a shock due to loss of blood. He lies in a pool of blood.
