Famed monster slayer Gabriel Van Helsing is dispatched to Transylvania to assist the last of the Valerious bloodline in defeating Count Dracula. Anna Valerious reveals that Dracula has formed an unholy alliance with Dr. Frankenstein's monster and is hell-bent on exacting a centuries-old curse on her family.

Helsing chases a monster. They kick, punch and scuffle. Helsing severs the monster hand. The angry monster throws him from the roof of the building. Helsing fires his rope gun - impales and monster - and breaks his fall. The monster falls to his death later.

Vampires descend on a village. They grab a few villages - and bite and kill some of them. Helsing hits a few with his crossbow. A vampire drinks a dead man's blood. One of the vampires is hit by a holy water laced arrow. She disintegrates into ash and dies.

Helsing discovers a bite wound. A vampire flies away with Anna.

Helsing bites the throat of the vampire and kills him. A bridge collapses. Anna stabs a vampire with a silver dagger. She screams in agony and turns to ash. The baby vampires explode into green goo. Helsing charges at Anna and kills her. He turns back to human and cries in agony.
