We see a deep bite on a man's hand. The screaming woman is taken and chained in the basement. We see a dead body leave a blood trail. We see other hanging decapitated bodies. A monster crawls out of a box and gets ready to bite the woman's head off. In a nightmare, we see the woman violently choke a sick woman to death. We see skeletal remains of a child. The man is preparing the last woman for the sacrifice. Another woman strikes one of the men with a weapon - badly cutting up his leg and arm (blood spatter). She then strikes the first man in the arm (blood spray), but he recovers and breaks her ankle. One of the woman falls from a height to her death. We see her in a pool of blood. The surviving woman strikes the attacker with a blade and cuts his carotid artery (blood spray). As he goes down gagging, she strikes his head repeatedly (blood and tissue spatter) and kills him. The injured man is then dragged to the sacrifice chamber, where he gets decapitated by the monster.
