Hijackers take over the plane after killing the security personnel on board. One of them is stabbed in the eye (blood spray) then fatally in the chest. Another is choked with a pillow and stabbed. The pilot is found dead with foam on his mouth.

A woman is shot dead. In a flashback, the woman is attacked and bitten by a vampire while investigating a blood trail. A man is shot dead (blood spatter).

  0:40:30 — 0:47:45
The vampire kills a dog and drinks the blood. Another dog is shot dead. She then chokes a man to death. We see her yank off her tooth and scream in agony. We see the body of the man in a pool of blood.

  0:52:15 — 0:56:00
A man is shot to death. Then the hijackers threaten to kill a girl. The vampire charges at them - rips a man's throat off (blood spray) and then stabs him in the chest.

  1:00:30 — 1:44:30
We see flashback of the woman vampire. We see her drink blood, yank out her teeth and crush a man's head. A stray bullet hits the airplane window and the air gets violently sucked out. A hijacker draws some vampire blood and injects it in himself. While he is convulsing - the other vampire sets him on fire. The panicked passengers cause a stampede and a woman gets crushed to death. A man's throat is slashed (blood spray) - the vampires feast on the blood. A man's infected arm is chopped off - we see the severed hand later. The dead start turning and violently attack the survivors. The kid makes his way through the vampires using a black light flashlight - but is overwhelmed and takes shelter under a car. We see many vampires feed on flesh and blood. An explosion opens the cargo door and the sun burns up some vampires to death.

A sniper shoots at the survivors. Armed police enter the plane - but are viciously attacked by the vampires inside. A massive explosion blows up the plane.
