Distracted driver drifts into wrong lane causing brutal accident. Some rods pierce the car and the driver - bloody tissue is visible as rod goes through the seat. Later we see blood spreading on the road.

Woman breaks leg. We see the bone sticking out. Another woman pushes the bone back amidst the injured woman's agonizing screams.

This is a long and very violent stretch of movie. A crawler bites through a woman's throat - we see blood spray out - and then drags the body away. Another woman manages to kill a crawler with her pickaxe. When the woman hears another sound behind her, she swings her pickaxe again to accidentally strike her friend though her neck. She then leaves the friend and flees. We see many dead bodies and skeletons. We see crawlers feasting on a dead woman corpse. There is lots of blood in the cave, on dead bodies as well as the living. When a badly injured woman begs to be mercy killed, her friend reluctantly smashes a rock on her head. Many crawlers are killed in violent and gory ways - including getting struck in the eye, getting bitten in the neck by a woman and getting their heads bashed in. A crawler slashes the throat of a woman. Another woman is eating alive by a crawler - we see her guts and blood. A crawler is killed when a woman crushes his eyeballs with her thumbs. A woman strikes a woman in the leg and leaves her to be devoured by the crawlers.
